  ALL THE PREJUDICES/VICES OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE HAVE THEM: -I called a thousand times and they never answer the phone. -Friday the 22nd, a rainy day, a skinny guy was attending to a person and at the other attention point the mine (I think Daniela) was drinking mates talking to the policeman. Until a queue of 6 people was formed behind me, he did not start working. She looked at us with contempt and drank mate, TOTALLY RUDE. -Later she was worried because she left her car parked badly and there was traffic in the area, she asked the policeman to check if they gave her a fine to go out and move her car. -He had to charge something and he told me "you can't charge, it doesn't work" as I stayed and I told him to find out how to do it because I brought everything I had to bring and I was going to stay until I got paid... he found out and then After waiting a while, he finally paid me. -From Western Union they told me that they were open until 6:00 p.m. and they are open until 3:00 p.m.

  2 open boxes. 1 leaves and does not come back. Queue of 10 people outside. 1 hour per client and they take the luxury of taking a break ... Very bad service. A change of personnel would be missing .. You cannot afford to disappear when you have a queue of more than 10 people.

  Terrible attention. Very slow. Much faster and organizing OCA (and that is not a big deal)
