  Very good attention, I called by phone because I had an international package that was in the branch, and the guy who answered me on the phone was very kind and told me what documentation you need to pick up said shipment. I went to pick up the package and they took care of me quite quickly, since normally, if I'm not mistaken, only the branch delivers telegrams and international shipments.
