  Why don't you answer the phone??? The online tracking is not updated and I don't find out that the packages are in the mail. I call to consult and they do not answer.

  I had a credit card sleeping for a month. They do not distribute any type of correspondence. You have to go look for it if you find out by another means that they sent you something.
