  They do not attend well, and they told me something else instead of corroborating the correct information: the first employee told me to stand in line, not knowing if the package was or not in the branch, the second employee told me that the package was in the branch, so he told me to stand in line to pick it up. I queued for more than half an hour and when I got to the counter again, they told me that the package had already been sent to the consulate in the morning. Disappointed from this company.

  To dealers. There's a reason the bell is there and they have hands to clap, really work. They do not know what they are carrying or how important it is for the client who was waiting for them and who paid with their money out of their pocket, a little awareness would not hurt. Disastrous.
