  They notify visits that they DO NOT do, and you have to go to the branch to withdraw. A COMPLETE SCAM, you pay to have the product delivered and in the same way you have to go to the branch. Not to mention that home delivery has an extra cost.

  Current hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There are 2 long lines: one is for social plans the other is for everything else. Some employees mistreat. I do not recommend it, find another email. Yet another example of decadence in this country.

  Disastrous. They say they visit you but it's not like that, I was at my house all day and they never came by. You go to a branch and the attention is pathetic, they treat you badly and you spend an hour to pick up a package. They don't answer the phone, and they wash their hands every time there is a problem. The workers are useless like all public workers, they are useless, only to collect their salary.
