::There is not a time that they have rung the doorbell to make the delivery. They leave the warning paper on the sly and shoot, like playing ring raje. Incredible. They charge you for home delivery to never make it effective. A fraud

::When doing the follow-up, it appears "closed address, 1st notice". Obviously they didn't leave any notice since in reality they DID NOT COME. and you can't even make a claim because they never answer the phone.

::The face-to-face service at the branch is good, they are very friendly. The problem is that yes or yes they should have a telephone number that works and where one can make inquiries... the one they have never works. The other issue is that they should consider extending the schedule from Monday to Friday by even one hour (taking it until 5:00 p.m.) or opening on Saturdays, as they used to, because it is impossible to arrive before they close.
