  Parcels are only delivered until 2:30 p.m. (they close at 3:00 p.m.). If on the page, the follow-up number indicates delivery attempt, closed address (1 visit), this does not mean that they went to their home or that they will visit them again, it means that the parcel is in the mail and they must pick it up. From here they have 5 business days to remove the package, otherwise they return it. They have to pay attention to this because they do not update the status of the packages and put the codes they want, in addition to not answering the phone.
