  Just arrived a boy IN MOTORCYCLE and leaves a paper in my gate. I was just in the yard and I saw it when I arrived. As soon as he saw me he went back on his motorcycle even though I called him. The paper was to let me know that he made the visit but "NOBODY ATTENDED HIM". That paper was ready to leave it and cut. My parcel is quite large and it was obvious that no one could bring it on a motorcycle. I also paid for the "home delivery" service, which is more expensive, but I doubt they will return my money for going to pick it up at the branch. A shame and disgust of service...👎🤬

  It is just as the other reviews say, they don't call, they leave the notice in your mailbox (sometimes) and you pay for the home delivery service. You call by phone and nobody answers the service, it's a shame, all the other private couriers make their deliveries without problems, and this is a disaster.

  The staff is very friendly but without a doubt the worst parcel service in the country, slow as they are, I don't understand how the free market continues to use this service

  The attention is bad, they brought the package to my home, but they never honked or applauded ... If it weren't for why I left my house and I just saw them arriving, and I called to make a claim and the call comes in but nobody answers!

  We are in a pandemic and the schedules change all the time, I mean, you go and they are never attending, it is 2:00 p.m. and it is already closed. One tries to go out as little as possible and I have come 3 times, including the week before where it said that they were open until 3:00 p.m.
