  A DISASTER...their home deliveries are a lie (although they charge me as such...OBVIOUS) I NEVER EVER ring the doorbell...and I always have the famous piece of paper to "Pick up at the branch"

  If it wasn't for the police woman (who was very kind to me), I'm still waiting for them to do it. Update what can be done, the opening hours and shipments of CA (due to quarantine they open later and close earlier) we are already in the 3rd month of quarantine, so as not to do it. Attached image of the information given on the official website of CA, they do not accept even half of what is offered. Only envelopes are shipped.

  Very slow in the attention, they are not friendly and in addition to being located in a difficult place to park, the building is very poorly maintained. Being such a renowned correspondence service, it is not understood how they let themselves be with so many things. Mail pickups have a line of 6 or 7 people at any time, and that means at least 30 or 40 minutes of waiting. They must improve a lot.
