  Disastrous. One week they had me walking around and lying about not being able to find my address. They did not give me the option to withdraw myself due to their shortcomings and they returned the free market product to the seller, wasting my time due to their ineptitude.

  It really was a disaster! I made a purchase through Mercado Libre, when they went to deliver the package it was not at home and they informed me that I could pick it up at the offices the next day, but in Mercado Libre they said that the order had been delivered. The next day I went to the post office first thing in the morning and the package was not there, they told me I had to go at noon. When I approached the place again, they told me that by mistake they sent my order to Cordoba, and they gave me an OCASA phone number where no one answers, A DISASTER! They washed their hands and did not help me recover the shipment, and the mistake was made by them!!!!! The package never appeared!
