::Very bad organization. I arrived on the hour of my shift, how in the reception room we were 6 people they sent us to wait in a patio with numbers (winter at 9 am, terrible cold). After 15 minutes they started calling for study, so bye idea of antics. Once inside in front of the counter I spent 15 minutes receiving me. A shame so much disorganization, that they send you to a patio with the cold that it is, that they step on between the receptionists and that they spend time to see the method of which is more efficient instead of receiving.

::1st Badly educated employees. 2nd They call the day before to change the shift schedule since the doctor had to leave earlier. Zero empathy made me pay for the study when I had the order authorized by Pami plus the photocopies and my dad's disability certificate. Zero empathy. I will never go to that place again. Not recommendable. Plus a 2x2 waiting room full of people with no social distance. You will know what to do. Each one chooses.

::The attention is.good but.it.is.not.the.first time that I go to.the.assigned.shift.20.min before.as.they.indicate.and the.professional has not arrived.yet..I had.a.shift.14.hs and they.attended.15.30.hs..I.think.one's.time is worth..please.try.to.recharge.the.batteries.and if not.don't make us go so far in advance one.invests time..per diems and put things.to.sides too

::The day I went to request a shift personally because they don't give it to you by phone in times of a pandemic!!, PAMI gave me more than 1 month, being urgent. I went to another place and they gave me for the other day. They gave my aunt that shift for a month and, having the orders, they didn't realize that Pami had confused the specialty and they didn't do it for her. Little attention at reception.

::Scoundrels and criminals charged a co-payment that does not exist, no social work allows it and they charged us separately for a covid-19 hygiene kit!!!! Something that is absolutely prohibited from charging patients directly, but rather it is an agreement between the social works and their providers, since our social work discredited such an action. Don't let your finger in the c *** pocket says my wife
