::I was diagnosed with celiac disease two years ago. Always at first it is difficult to adapt to any pathology. In this case, not being able to eat wheat, oats, barley or rye seems to limit the possibilities of the food range to a great extent. But Cuoca made me realize that this is not the case at all. I was tired of the constant abuse, the exorbitant price premiums, the null variety of suitable products, the masses and foods that are really inedible (the vast majority), until one day I met Cuoca: Holy remedy. Cuoca... literally, the salvation of the celiac. Never, anywhere in the country, had I tasted gluten-free foods of such high quality. They are even richer than many of their "common" counterparts made with wheat flour. All fresh and handmade, made minutes ago. They make all kinds of gluten-free meals, as well as having vegan and vegetarian options. Piccolo bread, hamburger, lactal, crumb sandwiches, piononos, pizzas, empanadas, bills, cakes of all kinds, biscuits, baskets, variety of cookies, alfajores, etc etc (in addition to selling packaged products). And, of course, pasta. What to say about the cuoca pasta? I dare to say that they are the best gluten-free pasta in the country. Without a doubt. Where do I sign? And the best thing by far is that the products are NOT overpriced. To all this, it must be understood that the production costs of gluten-free foods are much (really, much) higher than the same ones made from conventional flour. If you don't believe me, find out for yourself. So the prices are not comparable, and we cannot expect them to be similar to each other. But the price difference with the local capital, for example, is great: I would say around 30-50% LESS, and even more in certain products. Which is funny because cuoca food is clearly better. In short, a top-quality production facility that Juninenses are very lucky to have. All this without mentioning the excellent attention they provide. If you are celiac, intolerant or simply on a gluten-free diet, you have an obligation to visit cuoca at least once. More than recommended.

::I edit because the schedule is now super clear and they fulfill it! They are EXTRAORDINARY, the best place in Junín and surroundings. Very rich and excellent quality everything, I recommend them 100%. They make all kinds of baked goods, empanadas, pasta, cakes, lunch menus, cakes, even on national dates they make cupcakes and locro. All WITHOUT TACC. Before I had mentioned that the schedule was not clear because they did not comply with it but now that does not happen, they have corrected it, they are great!

::The only restaurant in Junín SPECIALIZED in dishes for Celiacs. Although in this city there are other businesses that prepare food for those of us who suffer from this condition, this is the ONLY Restaurant. (Update in JULY 2022) By this time it has been a few months since it STOPPED being a restaurant, but it is still in the category of take-out meals without TACC, and bakery of all kinds of own elaboration.

::My visit did not seem pleasant to me, I wanted to eat there and it felt very improvised, taking food out of the freezer. What I bought were hot sandwiches and they weren't very tasty. I hope they improve it soon
