  Nuestra experiencia fue excelente, nos buscaron a horario. el chofer muy responsable, cuidadoso y atento al igual que la guia con tremenda paciencia y predisposicion. Recomendable sin dudas...

  The Swedish lady commenting that the agency spoiled her day for her money is a regular Swede so she has no heart, she has money only. No surprises. She's right that the guide shouldn't have stayed in hospital but her money is nothing compared to a life, she might as well leave all her money in her bank and then take it to her grave when she dies. She will be a happy rich Swedish corpse. My Italian passenger did the tour with them, and he said everything was perfect and the group was able to watch the elephant seals from a few meters away. The whale safari didn't leave because of the bad weather but they would've done it the day after, unfortunately my passenger had only one day to do that excursion so it was bad luck that it was bad weather.

  So unprofessional, absolutely not able to handle extreme situation, lack of organization, we couldn't plan our stay in Puerto Madryn proper because we didn't know when we go for already payed tour until last day! And on the tour we had one emergency situation, had to drive one tourist back to the city, she had some cerebral attack, nobody even tried to call ambulance, we had to go all of us extra 80 km, ok I can except it, but then our guide spent more than one hour in hospital with the tourist! Why!? Woman had her husband and doctors around, but when my friend point it out, our guide said, that my friend is heartless and she (guide) is so compassionate and therefore she couldn't leave the woman, hope she enjoyed playing doctor there! So we paid 2 hours of our lives in a hot car extra! Of course nobody organize anything for us, we were just in the that freaking bus! And of course nobody did compensate anything. They spoiled all my day for my own money. P.S. Apparently they don't have any insurance if everything had to go so manual.
