::Nice place. Comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Air conditioning. It is the restaurant of the casino hotel and it is very well kept. We were just passing through, the juice squeezed very well. The toast was good, the avocado was a bit hard (it needed to mature) but only that detail.

::20 dollars per person gets you an appetizer, main course, side dish, and dessert. They bring fresh bread with herb butter and breadsticks as soon as you sit down. I had grilled provolone with sundried tomato and bacon as my appetizer, bife de chorizo with mashed, honeyed sweet potatoes as my main course, and rum-soaked pears with syrah ice cream for dessert. Table service costs a dollar per person, and there's a 1.25 USD surcharge for sharing an order. Our waiter mixed up my order and brought me bife de chorizo instead of the ojo de bife that I originally ordered, but the meat was so high quality and cooked so well that I stayed with the cut he brought me rather than sending it back to the kitchen. He also gave us a $5 voucher for the casino next door as a way to apologize for the mixup, which we appreciated. At 20 bucks per person, this place costs more than you would pay almost anywhere else in town, but a comparable meal on the east coast of the USA would set you back $80 or so per person. We went on a Sunday night and there weren't many other customers there, so the service was quick and the kitchen staff clearly showed attention to detail. The only thing I didn't like was the grittiness of the syrah ice cream, which should come out creamy and smooth. Perhaps they could use a fattier milk/cream and a higher mixing temperature when making the ice cream. The meat, however, was unquestionably high quality. I'd love to see a hundred-day dry-aged steak on the menu here.
