::Today I need my mother attended to urgently. She is a patient of the institution since there were 3 unprotected offices to be a network of clinics. There were no hospital beds or stretchers in the observation space. I understand we all need coverage but if it is head trauma the care would have to have been immediate for a 74 year old. It was a shame today.

::On 11/02/2022 I attend a cardiology shift at Icpas where the cardiologist prescribes some studies, one of them a neck Doppler echo, the employee Cyntia attends me and gives me an appointment for 11/28/22. When I go to it when he attends me, he tells me that he made a mistake with the study and without further ado in a bad way, without the slightest dedication, he tells me that he cannot give me another turn, arguing that he does not have the means to do it. I don't know how you can play in this way with people's health and with their time, I am a hypertensive person who needs these studies to control my health, they cannot have such irresponsible personnel in a health institution. ::They referred me by art to this clinic, where the administrative staff that receives you treats you like cattle, it is a waste of time of approximately 2 hours to be treated, they don't give you a ball, the art knows how badly they treat you, ahh but they charge, a disaster as a health establishment. If they take care of themselves like me here, God help them. 30 numbers to take care of me and only 2 administrative staff, who were not very nice, and I understand them. but it is not the way.

::Evil guard. I went on Sunday night for chest pain, when I was received they told me I had to wait 3 HOURS, because "there were other patients in front of me". Obviously I left, when I arrived at the other clinic in San Martin (Anchorena) they treated me as soon as I arrived, as a priority for having chest pain, I had tachycardia and my blood pressure was 18, they did blood tests, electro, tomography. If it was because of this disastrous clinic, I was still waiting... it's not the first time it's happened to me, in 2020 because they didn't have a sonographer on a holiday, they told me to go 4 days later (it was the end of the year). I almost got peritonitis, I said I went to the Anchorena and they treated me there, when they took out my appendix it was already gangrenous. If you want to die on guard, go to this clinic. NEVER MORE
