  Pésimo servicio. No había agua suficiente para bañarse, y salía hirviente o helada, los 4 días que me quedé. Tampoco hubo wifi. Para los 4 días que estuve solo tenia una toalla por persona (éramos dos). Cama normal, estéticamente el dpto se veía bien. Hay aire frío calor, no recomiendo.

  Very good place to stay in Cordoba. Very good location, garage at an affordable price, cleanliness and comfort. highly recommended

  The communications logistics of this property is a total disaster. I purchased a one night stay through my trusted agent. When I attempted to reach out to the property directly to arrange a few special request details and have a few questions answered, it was literally impossible to get a hold of anyone. I downloaded the “Whatsapp” app to my phone since they advertised that as additional line to reach them. They never even answered the messages I sent them through that platform. It wasn’t until I notified them that I had canceled my stay with them for these reasons, that they actually replied and apologized. Ended up going with a full service conventional hotel.

  Bad experience. They gave me the key to the apartment, they gave me the wrong code, and when I entered the apartment at the height of the pandemic, everything was dirty, just as the previous tenant had left it. Before my complaint, they offered to change me "for a better apartment" but that was in another area (not in Nueva Cba), to which I replied that I had already paid for a garage and they would not be responsible for the expenses so I You should pay for 6 nights of parking in total (3 in one garage and 3 in another). I requested financial compensation, even if it was taxes, and they were excused that I rejected the change. IMPRESENTABLE ... after they had no pillowcases, it took 5 hours to bring them ... Sunken mattresses, dirty pillows, no minimum protocol in time of COVID, nor a rack in the kitchen ... CHARGE WHAT IS NOT WORTH!

  The Velez Sarsfield apartment was beautiful in the heart of Güemes and two blocks from the Olmos patio, the only thing the shower faucet was broken, it came out all the time as well as the one in the kitchen. Beyond that, the view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.
