  We stayed 2 nights and we were freezing to death! There is no heating in the rooms, only a small air conditioner (hot/cold) in the kitchen that does not heat everything. We tried to turn on the burners in the kitchen and it didn't work. And a few days ago, talking with people who were also going to stay there on the same date, they told us that they called them to let them know that their reservations were canceled (the same day they arrived) because their gas had been cut off! (something that they never mentioned to us and that on the other hand we did not suspect because the hot water tank worked perfectly) Also when I requested breakfast on the second day, the person who was waiting for me to hand over the keys told me that that day (Sunday) the place where they serve it (which is theirs) was closed, that he could give me the croissants if I wanted. I give it 1 star because it is the minimum that the system allows me (I don't understand how they don't have stoves in a place where it usually snows!!!)

  Excellent stay. We really feel super comfortable, with everything we need and more! Roberto an excellent person, who attended us at all times making our stay even more comfortable. Be sure to visit Viñas Altas! super recommended

  Excelente. La comodidad del dpto, la atención. Y si vas a un evento al arena maipu te queda a la vuelta.

  The truth is 10 points for the department and 100 points for Roberto's kindness. We had problems with the van and they did everything possible to help us solve the problem, even offering us to stay one more day without words. 100% recommended.
