  AWFUL shift care and attention. It was raining a lot, I called to ask if I could be 10 minutes late, the answer: no, impossible, we have to reschedule, blah blah. I finally manage to swim out and there are THREE PATIENTS ahead of me TRESSSSS. Previously I asked if I arrived and they attended me or how the driving was, they told me YES, I ASKED TWICE. Bad that they play with other people's time.

  Lousy shift service. They tell you a time when you have to be there and then wait another 40/60 minutes for them to validate it. The study itself is done quickly.

  The customer service is PATHETIC. I arrived at 8 am to get test results. 30 minutes later I still waiting. Do these people not understand this is life & death issue? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
