::I had no problems with schedules or shifts, the secretaries and professionals were very good! The cleanliness and comfort are also excellent... but I would have liked them to explain to me from the 1st ultrasound that you should bring your flash drive or CD... It bothered me that I paid for everything privately, despite the cost... they didn't notify me and I lost those ultrasounds because They do not have records, only some photos that they send through the page.. a pity !!! Annoyed about it.

::I want to highlight and to congratulate, one of the very few places that took care of themselves and took care of us during the pandemic, they took a long time to attend, when I entered the consultation I noticed the precaution in disinfecting both the equipment, the stretchers and the precautions of the professional. Studies on time, you can access shifts, unlike other places that have shifts within several days. To get a shift I usually go to the place since I can't communicate by phone (in my case) that takes away half a star but there is no such option. As for the delay in the consultation, I have attended on several occasions and once it took a little, perhaps an hour, and on other occasions I did not wait long, perhaps 15 minutes. I congratulate you for taking care of yourself and taking care of us :)

::We went with my wife to do a fetal morphology ultrasound. The two stars go to the doctor (Ochoa), who treated us very well. But the rest leaves a lot to be desired. We had a shift at 3:00 p.m. and we ended up going at 4:30 p.m.! A shame and, seeing previous comments, it seems that this has been going on for a long time and they have not been able to correct it. One can have a tolerance, but an hour and a half is excessive considering that we had to ask for permission from our jobs and in the end we had to cancel that half-day of work. Anyway, they are supposed to be scheduled shifts. In addition, the little courtesy and kindness with which they attend at the reception infuriates you. They do not give you an explanation for the delay. Zero empathy for patients. They are supposed to be a specialized medical center with a great reputation, but with these things they leave a lot to be desired.
