  I went to have a tooth pulled on a Monday having taken a shift at 7:45, they told me to go at 9:30, they made me wait until 11 a.m. to see me and they didn't take it out, they gave me medication and told me to come next week, when i arrive on monday at 7:25 medicated to make an appointment they tell me that there are no more appointments. The person who attended me told me that when she opened it, everyone was already waiting for her at the door to take their turn. In the end I went 3 times, 2 to get an appointment and 1 to serve me and they did not help me at all with my problem, I did not have access to the service because they only give 8 appointments per week since they only attend on Monday and I have no way of checking how they give neither are the shifts. The service is restricted, I felt discriminated against and they cannot medicate someone and schedule an extraction that they cannot guarantee will be carried out, 0 professionalism. Worse than not providing the service is saying that they do, wasting time and playing with people and then finally not giving them any solution while they charge for the service through the taxes we pay, it is not free.
