  Misleading. Pool is a 20 min drive away. We had a live chat about the pool before booking and I guess they forgot to mention this small detail! There is not even a shuttle to it. We booked specifically for the pool so we asked to be released from our 5 day reservation 1hr after check in and they refused. Wifi is bad. Breakfast was bad. The spa and gym are nothing like the pictures. The room is so small and the view is rusty pipes and concrete walls. The soundproofing is bad. I can hear the room next door opening and closing their door all day and night. Bathroom was not clean and no plug for the tub. Service was bad.The front desk told me to shower instead when I asked for a plug and hung up the phone. I had to clean the tub and make a plug before I could bathe. Def don't recommend this hotel other than location. We are paying 4 times the price of every hotel we have stayed at for two months and it's a complete waste of money.

  Staff are very kind. But poor facilites condition as following: Very Superultra Small room without enough space for Stuffs. And low quality of Breakfast.
