It was not well heated and the wall had humidity, because the bathroom window was broken, it never got hot, the ceramic tiles in the kitchen were crusted with grease, the sink spout was broken and they gave us the apartment with the water on the floor, the unmade beds and a single thin towel that did not dry anything. the broken and dirty electric kettle and 2 pots without a handle and other problems. Ultimately, I don't recommend it.
