::I went with my children, one of them has a disability. I had to wait 15 minutes for the movable ramp to be brought. The waiters and girls are friendly but they took a long time to attend, the priority of care for people with disabilities is not met. At the time of ordering, they brought us two menus and the third, that of my disabled son, came half an hour later, after my claim. We were already having a snack and my son was waiting with the anger that the situation caused him. In conclusion, Eclair does not provide a quality service, it should improve a lot in attention and delays.
