  Very good hotel care. The staff very attentive. The only thing to improve is the food, very bad, without dedication and the raw material is a disaster. The air conditioning did not work in the room and we had to go several times to complain. Too bad because the property is beautiful.

  We stayed on January 19 and stayed for 3 nights. The attention was very good and courteous. The impeccable hotel, substantial and complete breakfast. Large and well maintained pool and an excellent view of the mountains. The room is good with a minibar and central air. Clean bathrooms and good maid service. I am not giving it 5 stars because there was a noticeable lack of maintenance in some sectors, especially in the barbecue area, grills and games. The gym was not enabled and the lunch, snack and dinner service was very limited. You have to go out to eat. Good product-price ratio that would be perfect if they corrected those details.

  👍 Good location; its colonial architecture is beautiful; it has a beautiful park with views of the mountains; The pool is incredible and the room (although it was not luxurious and faced the side) was well presented and according to the amount paid. 👎 Virtually all the chairs were broken; the disused and dirty small children's pool; there was some neglect in that sector. Breakfast is - basically - flour.

  Excellent location and unique landscape. Very good breakfast and attentive service. Very nice place and rooms. Lack of communication in the staff when making reservations and cleaning the room as well.
