  This establishment is a good suggestion for motorcyclists traveling through the region of the seven lakes. It was an incredible experience, my first New Year's Eve outside Brazil, in a magnificent city in the Patagonian region, I met people from various regions of Argentina, a Frenchman, and two Colombians, mother and daughter. The hostel has breakfast, and by the way, it was better than many 2-star hotels, but it does not offer parking. Shared baths, but always clean. Álvaro and Nádia's service was one of the differentials, we always attend to guests. Splendid location as it allows you to walk to the center. I won't forget the window on the roof of the room, you could see the moon from the bed.

  A disaster. We went personally to book a day before. When the girl who served was not there and we were waiting for her for about 40 minutes. When he arrived he told us that he had rented the room we reserved and denied us our reservation. The girl, who apologized but was unpresentable and washed her hands, leaving me and my partner on the street.

  Our experience with this hostel was not good at all. We went personally on 12/31/22 to reserve a room for 01/01/23. The guy who was there didn't want to make a reservation for us, he told us that he would write us down and that was enough. We arrived on the first of January at 8:00 p.m. after doing activities all day and they inform us that the hostel is full and that it only works by reservation. Faced with our claim saying that we offered to leave a deposit and they did not want to take it, they washed their hands and we stayed on the street. Thank you .

  I was only one day and the truth is that the atmosphere and the place is beautiful. It's super cheap so obviously don't look for the best of amenities. The only thing that I would highlight is the security of the doors of the rooms, they can be easily opened

  The place is very cozy...clean bathrooms and showers...the room for 2 people is what is advertised...located in a central location within reach of "everything"...and applause for Sandra's impeccable and cordial attention. .. I would repeat the experience without thinking about it...
