  The hotel is nice and rooms are clean by Argentina standards. Make reservations through third party like hotels.com or Expedia. I called them directly to confirm they were open (Covid) and confirmed price I saw online, $35 per nights for 10 nights. The price was confirmed with manager too. By 6th day, I was asked to make a partial payment, they had my credit card on file. They proceeded to charged me $47 per night. I asked for the manager and even though she remembered the $35 quote she proceed to give me excuses why it can’t be $35. 15 minutes into our “discussion “ I just decided to pay and to write a review. I was so upset but kept cool. Pure liars, only book via 3rd party.

  Hotel very nice, attention super polite, but gym very bad conditions, and food was not as spected, dry and overcoocked.

  The best place you have for business travel in Villa Mercedes. It offers 24 hour food service as a plus but room and bathroom cleanliness is not the best as a negative.

  Excellent service and room clearness. A nice pool to enjoy after a long drive.
