Inviting us to take our baby (for treatment) to another doctor who makes us feel comfortable....This response came...moment after we made a claim for administrative mistreatment...(even understanding that in an office doctor you will still have to arrive on time to wait) but that does not imply that receptionists disrespect the way they did...I insist...Dr. Penovi invited us to choose another professional...in an arrogant and unpleasant way...before the claim of the mistreatment of their receptionists... (oh but a brief note, you bring a little gift to the receptionists, they take shifts even under the carpet)... so our experience was unpleasant. Pena da Dr. Penovi unprofessional. Receptionists incompetent for the position.
