  Ok hotel. Honestly expected better customer service, concierge and rooms for the price. There were stray dogs and cats inside the building. I asked for some winery recommendations for lunch and thought the concierge would call the places and reserve something. They instead handed me a list of places to contact which is quite difficult with an overseas number. The hotel room was ok. We booked a couples massage at the hotel spa for the following morning and the evening prior to our massage we were told that we had to reschedule. We just cancelled it altogether. The breakfast was also subpar for a hotel of this ranking. The pastries, croissants and other bread items were stale and eggs were not available. The people working here could use some training on providing adequate hospitality and customer service to meet international standards. Overall too far out of the way and too many headaches for the price we paid. Do not recommend.

  Would have given a 3 or a 4 bit the room was not cleaned to a decent standard. Sheet were dirty as was pillows. The hotel was quiet so had a decent sleep but cleanliness is paramount, so sorry it can be but a 2.

  Absolutely beautiful hotel, super comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants in the hotel’s lobby and there’s also the casino. The only downside there is to this hotel is that the areas surrounding it aren’t as beautiful as the rest of the city.

  Not that good as the adds published. Rooms are dark, kind old-fashioned. It's not worth the amount of money you pay for staying there.

  Good hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed and clean. Hotel with a pool is a nice extra. At our visit there the pool bar was not open. Continental breakfast was good. Next to the hotel there is a casino and some restaurants. Calm area.
