  My dad, with a heart operation and a fever, was waiting 3 hours in the ward for a blood test. They told him that he had to keep waiting because there was no one in the lab. Terrible attention. Taxes paid to nothing.

  Terrible attention. Crossing of responsibilities. Patients are left out after phrases such as "now we see if we will take care of him" on guard duty. Anecdotal fact: I think it is the only hospital in the world where people are thrown out in the dead of winter to clean the floor of a guard waiting room.
