::If the optician loses the medical order, they make you eat 1 hour and a half to wait for the time it takes for the doctor to write the same previous order. Instead of doing it in an "express" way like in any other medical organization. They told me "it was next". Liars. I've been seeing the same doctor for 10 years and he can't take 3 minutes (he knew he was going to take that, because they told him)
