  I had my first "episode" of sciatic nerve pain while visiting Mendoza and was told that homeopathic arnica tablets could help as an anti-inflammatory. I checked every pharmacy was passed without any luck. I was told by ne helpful pharmacist to check either Farmacia Magistral or Farmacia Entre Rios. Farmacia Magistral was closer so I went there first and found both pharmacists to be very helpful. They had homeopathic arnica tablet (globules) as well as many other homeopathic treatments. They were helpful in explaining dosage/instructions, even with my limited Spanish. I would definitely recommend them for homeopathic treatments - and presumably traditional medicines as well.
