  They never answer the phones, when they deign to answer, after trying for several hours (or days) they do it in a bad way, they have no patience. When the doctor's turn finally arrives, I don't know why they give shifts with schedules because they are always late and they treat you 40min / 1 hour later. Terrible, but the only thing about social work.
