  A ice cream and coffee bar in the corner of the Independencia Plaza. Good coffee and good ice cream but they have a makarones ice cream - like a sandwich, ice cream between makarones... that on is heavenly.

  Quality of ice cream compared to others in North America or Europe is a 5, although I like Volta in Buenos Aires better Quality is also better than in other Soppelsa, they had wifi and was able to pay with Visa
