  Terrible bank, the ATMs never operate optimally, THEY SWALLOW THE TICKETS, THEY DO NOT PRINT THE TICKETS. ATMs only accept 40 bills. YOU CANNOT ENTER THROUGH THE WINDOW FOR A DEPOSIT OF LESS THAN 300MIL. THEY LIVE WITH A STAFF REDUCTION. They don't want to give you a complaint book, you lose hours and hours. If there was an option to put -5 stars I would put it. LOUSY

  Before APRIL I asked for a replacement debit card and today July 21 they gave me, they never open on time, they always make you wait, even with a shift, they prepare their coffee and chat the day before with each other and later when they see that they joined them people outside start to move
