  The attention is terrible, they do not know how to give correct information, the branch has many complaints that users make in the other branches in the area. In fact, Credicoop is a fourth class bank with a totally inefficient service, in my case it took 15 days to send a debit card to the branch (when I asked for it at my address), of course the bad telephone service is added to everything due to lack of operators... A disaster as a bank, the branches are a horror just like their employees, fourth class.
