I asked a lot of questions because my brothers-in-law here in Argentina told me that I couldn't have credit cards because I had to have a permanent ID. So, to my surprise and only having the precarious and the cuil had prepared the complete kit of the account, that is, debit cards and CREDIT (Cabal). My account was opened with my passport, precarious and cuil. It could have been because of the relationship that the company has where I work with that bank, but nevertheless, the emotion I missed asking if they can grant credit cards to people with temporary ID.
