::A shame that in a guard they have 2 doctors attending, there is something that does not close, the service is not in accordance with what they charge. Focus not so much on aesthetics and more on care. Obviously it's a business, there's no problem with excellent dividends, but don't forget how essential proper care is. The staff quite lazy in attention. I hope they change.

::I write these lines for people to see and draw their own conclusions. While I understand that comments may be subjective, I will try to be as objective as possible given the circumstances. I entered the guard of the "trini" of San Isidro with my 30-day-old daughter due to bronchiolitis. A picture that deserves special attention and monitoring because they do not have a developed immune system. I note that they never stopped caring for her BUT I start to explain why I did NOT like the stay at all. It was 2 nights in a room in the emergency room. The treatment of nurses and some doctors left a lot to be desired. From lack of communication between them, between shift and shift, to an attitude of the health personnel quite unpleasant and not very human. What I noticed was a notable difference in the criteria (diagnosis) of the doctors who took turns in each shift and even some comments from the nurses of bad taste bordering on disrespect. The level of arrogance was incredible. Referred to another hospital after those 3 days with higher quality medical service and professionalism, I realized how far they are from having an acceptable level.

::I accompanied my mother to the Guard. They did blood and urine tests and we were waiting for the results almost 2 hours (when they would be in less than 1!) .. but the general attention and everything they did to him, was fast and with good treatment .. In the sweet wait for an exam, we went to the confectionery for breakfast. We were treated by an unfriendly, empathetic mosaic ... in the account (which I had to ask, incidentally ...) his name appears, Agustina! We had 2 coffee with milk and 4 croissants .. it cost us $ 360

::At this moment I am in the Guard, they have never treated us as badly as today, we have been waiting for half an hour and there is only 1 person on duty and those who attend are a woman and a man but they are watching a series/movie at full volume, just a new person came in and they remembered that they are working and turned down the volume. I understand that there are few of us in the waiting room and that they don't have anything else to do but they have another way to pass the time other than putting on a movie or series at full volume. The security were on their cell phones but they didn't bother anyone.
