::Good customer service. They should put a specified staff for quick customer service, such as the payment of a school fee that is done in 2 minutes because you have to wait for more than an hour, especially at rush hour when it is full and there is each person who does the paperwork and it doesn't come out anymore, which makes it exhausting and unbearable. Other than that, good service, good staff, and legible and consistent signage.
