  With regard to ATMs, if you go during banking hours, they enable one of the three available ATMs, so there is always a queue. On the other hand, if you go at another time you can use any of the ATMs. The same with the self-service terminals.

  Bad attention. An hour and a quarter to get your card whitened. You only have to do 2 clicks but to just call you it takes an hour and ten minutes. Unusable Go to any other branch

  Good customer service. They should put a specified staff for fast customer service, such as paying a school fee that is done in 2 minutes because you have to wait more than an hour especially at peak time when it is full and there is each person who does the paperwork and it does not come out anymore, which makes it exhausting and unbearable. Other than that, good service, good staff, and readable and consizable posters.

  Excellent ATM ... There are always few people and the readers of the machines read the cards well, which happens in few places ... they are also quite clean unlike others ... The times I went I don't know if it was by chance or not but it never happened to me that the cashier ran out of money or was out of service
