  A disaster. Bad attention. Turns are not respected. If I have a 10:30 shift, it can't be 11:15 and they haven't seen me yet. They play with people's time. And rude on top

  The worst branch in Galicia by far the dirtiest and slowest !!!!! If the employees were fooling around less, perhaps the attention would be faster ... A million times I keep that of ramos mejia ..

  A terrible incompetence, the slowest service in history, you can spend more than two hours for a simple procedure and without there being so many people because of 5 boxes they only use one they always have something more important to do than serve their customers. I know of no worse bank than this one. DISASTER!!!!!
