::I went to attend to the guard, waiting two hours and they didn't attend me. I saw how people passed by and they didn't attend to me, I went to ask and they told me that they are changing the guard... with a birthday celebration and everything... when I approach the receptionists again they tell me that I was already attended. .. the truth is painful... they didn't even notice the first time I approached.
