  Horrible... More than an hour to bring me chips with cheddar that arrived burnt and cold on top. A measly amount of cheddar and I was not prioritized for a quick fix of the problem.

  They have such a wide menu of hamburgers that even they don't understand it. You order from the menu and they send you something from a parallel menu in their head. Not only does ice cream arrive, but they don't offer you a solution either. How is it one's fault that they send you anything? absolute disaster.
