  When someone asks about the fifth house, the first thing that is clarified is that it is a quiet and familiar place. Then they ask if the people who come are family or a group of friends. If the interested person answers that those who come are a family group and wanting to do something quiet goes ahead. It is clarified that parties cannot be held. An agreement is reached with the number of people, price, schedules, etc. It is clarified that loud music cannot be listened to and that there are schedules that must be respected. Unfortunately, there are people, especially young men, who lie and hide information in order to rent a villa, since no villa wants to rent to a group of young people (it is not necessary to explain the reasons). To avoid surprises and conflicts, a list of people is requested ( name, surname and ID number) that will spend the night. Some people do not respect the guidelines and want to spend the night with friends or bring more people without prior notice! Obviously, this brings discontent and unfortunately you can't please everyone. I take this opportunity to thank the families who choose us again every year and for the nice comments they leave us. Thank you very much!!!
