  Without words, the place is full of people, there are only two girls, who don't even have the courage to walk, 30 minutes late, they offer you a trosait of ham and cheese, but when you ask for dressings they don't have it! A shame, 10 minutes to bring you ice, zero disinfection on the tables... There is a lack of staff for the service to be effective

  Good service, good quality havanna products as always. We ordered ddl frappes and alfajores, they never fail. At Christmas time it is very nice to sit there because there is a giant tree in the middle.

  I got some alfajores from Havana and wanted to take a seat and eat one but they didn’t let me cause they said I need to buy a drink to sit down. WHAT??!! Totally crazy.

  The products are super rich! The attention is painful... But it was always a characteristic. Before and after the pandemic. The waiters don't clean the table (covid is still there), they just lift the previous service. They take a long time to take the order, but the surprise is how long it takes to take the order. They make you want to eat. They bring the incomplete order and knowing how long it takes, we made the order and together with that we ask them to close the table and bring the ticket to pay. They brought the order in half, wrong and the ticket never came. DISASTER.
