  I went to take my daughter's shift (who has been attended there since she was born) and the one who gives shifts at the window, a blonde with glasses did not want to give me a shift saying that she is not from my area that another room corresponds to me and I explained that he had had problems making an appointment in that room because there was never a pediatrician and very disgustingly he takes me an appointment telling me to talk to the doctor later, in addition to that appointment he wanted me to make an appointment for Dentistry for myself and he refused to give me an appointment saying that the little room that I have close by also has a dentistry shift. I'm from San Fernando and it's up to me to take a shift in any little room in the city, the doctors and others without complaint but the receptionists leave a lot to be desired.

  Please, you can't have such a jerk answering the phone, I don't even want to go with the bad treatment they have. He was not even able to say something as basic as good morning, and they cut you off without saying anything. Terrible people they choose for customer service

  Very good medical care but those who attend in. Window a disaster! They have a very bad deal, they talk to each other and they yell at you to talk louder. They do not listen to you.
