  Very poor service from reception. I went with my daughter and my 4-month-old baby and they wanted me to wait outside the establishment when the waiting room was empty. What a shame the hospital has people working.

  A lack of respect for the human being! If you call by phone, it is assumed that the caller needs to make an inquiry. They are not tickets to go to the theater or a radio taxi company. They dispense health and care for human beings. Someone explain to me why they have rotating phone lines that no one answers. Are the receptionists? They're not here? Aren't they enough? I pay prepaid medicine just so I don't ask myself these kinds of questions. Does the trauma on-call service have two doctors? will be 2 residents? You wait 2 hours to get an X-ray that says almost nothing. So the result of going to a guard will be: wait a minimum of 2 hours. What's wrong with an X-ray that only serves to rule out fractures.
