  It is unfortunate that many people who are not trained to serve the public, treat you in a bad way as if you are going to bother them when you are going to ask for an appointment. Another thing is that nurses are elderly people who apparently don't want to work the way they treat you. The so-called "Eva Perón" Hospital is very ineffective and to top it off they never turn on the air conditioning for the public, they only turn on for their offices.
