  Excellent attention from both professionals and non-professionals and administrative staff. The only drawbacks are in the saturation of the ward (highlight that there is no permanent pediatric ward) and the amount of attention in the offices for specialties. Problems that occur due to the poor functioning of the CAPS as there are no specialists, health promoters, or social workers. For this reason, the high-tech hospital we have is overwhelmed at night, in the afternoon, and on weekends.

  The nurses of the maternity department are all fora and above all they do not allow the person to have at least one visit, who can help them. I had a family member in labor for 10 hours and they did come out to tell us about her condition about 2 times that is a lot.

  They have to improve on indicative signage. We were about 500 people who were quoted for different specialists but we did not know what queue to do. In the cemafe there is only one queue because everyone knows where you should go. And in less than 5 minutes you are already admitted waiting in the corresponding office The problem is that they do not come together for the vocation of service. Many of them believe that they are doing us a favor by treating us for free. And the truth is that they are there thanks to people like me who pay taxes to know that we have this service. There are, thanks to the kindness that God teaches us, many employees willing to help but those who do not want to help, they get in the way and it is not easy to work like this.
