  A DISASTER. My parents used to take me here when I was a child. My brother was born in Santojanni. Before it was something else. In the last 30 years I have passed this hospital several times. Since around 2010 it fell too low. Impossible to get shifts, continuous cancellations and on guard duty it is impressive how they mistreat people and how they abandon people to their fate. Getting worse.

  Not even veterinarians treat their patients the way they treat people on guard duty. I saw how security delayed the admission of a very elderly adult in very poor condition, because the admission protocol had to be respected. The one from the same one answers him, look, it won't last long, and the security one answers him, I don't care, you have to respect the protocol. (A doctor had to enable him to enter) while he was lying on the stretcher, unconscious, a disaster

  Swab guard a total mess. I went on Thursday 7/14/22 at 11:30 and they told me that there were a lot of people since they finish at 12. I went back today Friday at 9:20 (they start at 8:30) and they had not arrived. Neither the admissions girls nor the security guys knew anything. After 20 minutes they begin to attend, to all this many people had left. After number 34 they indicate that they are going to stop to "disinfect the place". We spent almost two hours waiting for them to disinfect, we didn't quite understand what, but everyone outside with 10 degrees and drizzle. When it was my turn, unfortunately, a person who I suppose does not like his job, unnecessarily put the swab into my brain and told everyone something like "this is your last test because no more covid tests are going to be done, you have to isolate yourself and that's it, HR at your job should know" and several other bullshit that one has to turn a deaf ear. On top of the disaster that we have to endure in the previous one, he still gives them the face to lower certain lines as if they were challenging us and doing us a favor. The big problem with everything public is that no one controls it and they do what they want.
