  Very hard to get turns. Very outdated infrastructure. Lack of supplies. Medical attention 50% good 50% bad.

  Excellent attention, it's just a problem that they don't give a discharge certificate, if they diagnose I think they should be the ones who discharge it and for the boys' school it's a big problem not to have it.
